Top Uses for a Tard - Stamp Licker

Been chipping away at this for about a week or so. First thing I thought of for the #TheEMTC May Contest themed Stamps! Being an animation I wasn't sure if I'd have time to finish it, but got a few hours today to do just that. I have a few other ideas for "Top Uses for a Tard" so you may see more.
